We will process all orders within 3 business days (M-F). Payments by check will be processed after allowing 10 business days for checks to clear. If you have already placed an order,
you may , we will do everything possible to answer your question within 8 hours. We answer e-mail questions on most weekends and holidays. Shipping / Delivery Time
Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. After that time we will gladly look up shipment tracking numbers for you. We do not look up shipment tracking numbers before this time. Backorder Policy
We normally have all items in stock. Sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will due everything possible to fill your order within 10 days. Pricing
If you have ordered Online, we will honor the prices quoted. Our prices may change from time to time. Orders
received by mail may be subject to additional payment before shipment if the price of the item has gone
up over 10%. Returned Checks / Credit Cards
A $15.00 fee will be accessed on all returned checks and credit cards. Damaged Goods
Please examine your shipment carefully upon arrival. If damaged, notify the delivery person and
have them note the damage on shipping papers. You must file your claim with the transportation
company as our responsibility for damage ends once we release the shipment to the transportation
company.
Merchandise Returns
Items that are returned must be pre-approved and returned in the original, UNOPENED, factory package and contain all
factory literature and instructions. Any approved return will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee and unfortunately,
we don't refund shipping charges. We have a strict policy to not accept returns unless they are unopened and pre-approved.
Of course, all items that are defective in some way will be repaired or replaced. Warranty repairs on all items are handled
directly by the manufacturer. Just
